The name is really important here: Rocket 4 Plus

You can buy as 500GB, 1TB, 2TB, 4TB and now 8TB (what?) for superior performance to the others you may have heard of.

A thorough review here: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/sabrent-rocket-4-plus-m2-nvme-ssd-review

Similar to the Nextorage it is based on DDR4 DRAM with comparable life-span (endurance). It is priced at $60, $90, $150, $450, $1099 USD for the various storage capacity levels, without a heat-sink.

Unless you need more, I suggest 1TB at $90 USD, without the heat-sink, and will easily fit in a Minisforum mini-PC like the UM773 Lite or the UM780.
